Cazir Naroth is an architect based in Durban and the founder of Cazir Naroth Architects. He enjoys working closely with clients to develop buildings that respond carefully to their site, landscape and way of living.

Marissa Subbiah is an emerging candidate architect with a strong interest in research and design and a thoughtful, thorough approach to her work.

Sarisha Hira manages the studio’s administration and HR. Known for her friendly nature and warm client relationships, she helps keep the studio running smoothly — and is also the office’s resident coffee connoisseur.

Chyavan Reddy is an architectural technologist with a strong creative and artistic outlook.

He leads the studio’s audio-visual and digital media presentations and is also a recognised comic artist.

Najeeba Hassim has been part of the studio since its founding in 2013. Her experience, calm nature and genuine care for clients make her an important and trusted part of the practice.

Thandeka Majozi is an architectural technologist who recently joined the studio. She brings enthusiasm to the team and is committed to building her experience in the field.

Devon MacKenzie is a qualified mechanical engineer working in-house with the studio. He collaborates on building technology and furniture projects and plays an important role on the technical side of the practice, bringing hands-on fabrication experience to the studio’s ideas.

Thandi Nojiyeza supports the studio’s daily operations and keeps the office running with warm, positive energy — and great coffee.
