Cowey family village

Essenwood

Cowey family village is a project of renewal, transforming an existing building through careful adaptation and selective intervention. By retaining the original structure and introducing a contemporary palette of brick, breeze block, and steel, the design creates a more open, connected, and welcoming place. The architecture balances old and new, preserving the building's character while giving it a renewed purpose within the city.
