Cazir Naroth Architects is a Durban-based architecture studio established in 2013. We focus on high-end residential, commercial, and conceptual projects across South Africa.

 

Our work is shaped by a strong understanding of place, detail, and material. We take on a select number of projects each year, allowing us to give each one the time and attention it deserves. Every design is carefully considered—driven by clear ideas, thoughtful responses to site and brief, and a commitment to long-lasting quality.

 

Our team is collaborative and highly involved in both design and making. We work from a hands-on studio equipped with 3D printers, laser cutters, and a full workshop, giving us a practical understanding of how things are built. This technical grounding allows us to push design with confidence, precision, and creativity.

 

We approach each project with curiosity and care—whether it’s a private home, a retail space, or a remote getaway—delivering architecture that feels tailored, timeless, and deeply rooted in its environment.
