The GlueDevil Factory development transforms an existing industrial site into a cohesive manufacturing campus that supports the company's continued growth and operational requirements. The project integrates production facilities, warehousing, administration, logistics infrastructure, and renewable energy systems within a unified architectural framework.

Rather than treating each function as a separate intervention, the design brings together the various components of the manufacturing process into a clear and coordinated whole. New production spaces, storage facilities, service areas, and supporting infrastructure are organised to improve workflow, operational efficiency, and long-term adaptability.

The architecture prioritises durability, functionality, and clarity, creating an industrial environment that responds to the practical demands of manufacturing while providing a robust platform for future expansion.
