The Barns
Fairview Estate
The Barns is a private residence composed of a series of simple gabled volumes arranged around sheltered outdoor spaces. The architecture draws on the familiar rural barn typology, reinterpreted through contemporary proportions and materials.
The individual structures house different functions of the home, creating a sequence of indoor and outdoor spaces that respond to the surrounding landscape.
